Elisabeth Salou School

The sports facilities of Escola Elisabeth in Salou stand out for being integrated into a modern architectural design conceived as a "small city," where outdoor and sports spaces are directly connected to learning areas.

The center has the following facilities for physical practice and sports education:

• Outdoor multipurpose courts: Spacious areas prepared for the development of team sports such as handball, basketball, futsal, and volleyball.

• Indoor gym: Located in the central area or "agora" of the school, fully equipped for gymnastics, psychomotricity, and physical education on days of adverse weather.

• Patios and outdoor areas: Spacious areas that complement leisure activities and recreational sports during breaks and sports camps.

These facilities not only support the mandatory physical education classes but also their extracurricular activity offerings (such as sports initiation in handball, basketball, and soccer) and their summer programs.

Themed park Port Aventura

PortAventura Park is the most visited theme park in Spain and one of the main leisure destinations in Europe. Located on the Costa Daurada, between Salou and Vila-seca (Tarragona), it offers a perfect combination of adrenaline, live shows, and family areas distributed across six fully themed worlds.

The 6 Areas of the Park

The venue is divided into spectacular areas that transport you to different corners of the planet:

• Mediterranean: The entrance area that recreates a picturesque Catalan fishing village. Here you will find Furius Baco, a brutal catapult that accelerates from 0 to 135 km/h in just three seconds.

• Polynesia: Surrounded by tropical vegetation and waterfalls. Its star attraction is Tutuki Splash, perfect for cooling off in the warmer months.

• China: The home of the great mechanical giants. You can't miss the iconic Dragon Khan with its 8 loops or Shambhala, one of the tallest hypercoasters in Europe with a dizzying 76-meter drop.

• Mexico: Set in pre-Hispanic and colonial Mexico. At the center stands the Hurakan Condor, a 100-meter high free-fall tower not suitable for the faint-hearted.

• Far West: A faithful reflection of the old American West. Ideal for enjoying with the family the wooden roller coasters like Stampida or the rapids of Grand Canyon Rapids.

• SésamoAventura: The children's area dedicated exclusively to the characters from Sesame Street, with attractions and shows ideal for the little ones.
